Abstract

The project team of power grid enterprise is the management organization of the power grid construction project on behalf of the owner, and is one of the key subjective factors that influence the project success. It’s appropriate to design an effective incentive mechanism for encouraging the members of the project team to work hard and cooperate to achieve the goals of plan, cost, quality and safety. Combined with the management practice of the power grid construction project in China, the principal-agent relationship between the power grid enterprise and its project team is studied. And based on it, this paper designs and discusses the incentive mechanism considering factors such as the personal effort, the help (damage) efforts and synergistic effect of the team members. The conclusions proposed in this paper provide useful suggestions for the study of the power grid construction project incentive.
