With the development of current society, our country is paying more and more attention to the construction of a system for talents to enjoy public services. Improving the system to strengthen the enjoyment of public services by international talents can not only effectively strengthen our country’s cultural exchanges with foreign countries, but also actively strengthen the enthusiasm of international talents, which has a positive guiding role in building a strong country and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. Hereto, this study explores the importance of the construction of a public services system for international talents, analyzes the current problems related to the enjoyment of public services by international talents, and proposes corresponding solutions to these current situations, so as to lay a solid foundation for gathering outstanding overseas talents to jointly devote themselves to China’s higher education.
