Abstract
This paper sorts out the development history of private higher education in China from the three time dimensions of past, present and future. The time span is from 1982 to 2022. In the course of the study, the researchers reviewed China’s private higher education policies in different periods. This paper sorts out the content of policy changes in China’s private higher education, and outlines the impact of policy changes in China’s private higher education. Therefore, this study forms a comprehensive understanding of China’s private higher education policy from history to future, from outside to inside, from macro to micro. This study takes private higher education as the research object. The researchers combine history and reality, and find laws that can be used for reference from history. Understand the current private higher education policy through history. This study is not only helpful for a comprehensive understanding of China’s private higher education policy system and the dynamic process of private higher education policy changes. It also helps to provide literature references for the current and future reform of private higher education in China.
